Cod


Fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids. According to recent research published in the journal of the American Heart Association, fish can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
 
The study was conducted in women of childbearing age in DenmarkThose who rarely or never ate fish had a 50 percent more cardiovascular problems than those who eat fish regularly.

Salmon
