PART USED:
Ripe fruit (Xiaohuixiang, hui-hsiang). Ripe fruit that has been collected, then dried in the sun until dry.


USE:


Usefulness and usability:

HOW TO USE:

Fennel fruit as much as 3-9 g boiled, fennel fruit drink or finely ground, and brewed with boiling water to drink while warm.Leaves eaten as a vegetable or boiled, and drunk.External use, and then finely ground dried fruit is used for local use on thrush, toothache, earache and injuries.Fennel oil can also be used to rub the child's body into the wind.



EXAMPLE USAGE:

1. Cough
    
a. Prepare fruit and fennel pollen as much as 5 g disedub with 1 / 2

Fennel is one of nine plants that are considered miracle drugs in the Anglo-Saxon. Has grown and cultivated, and sometimes astanarnan seasoning or medicinal plants.


These plants can live from lowland until height of 1800 m abovesea level, but will grow better in the highlands. Originally from Southern Europe and Asia, and because thebenefits and many are planted in Indonesia, India, Argentina, Europe, and Japan.
